Guild Application

Guild Introduction

We appreciate your interest in Lords of Eternity. Please keep the following in mind when you apply:

Lords of Eternity is a progression raiding guild. Applicants should be level 80 with gear appropriate for the current tier of content, high-level enchants suitable for your class and spec, and high quality gems in all sockets. These are minimum requirements for your application to be considered. You should also possess a raid-quality computer, reliable broadband connection, have the Ventrilo client installed, and be familiar with the process of installing and configuring raid-specific addons and macros. You should be available for three raids per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 8-11 p.m. server time (CST).

Once your application is posted, please be sure to register on the LoE website using your character's name, so that a guild officer can contact you via the forum private messaging system if necessary. It may take a few days for us to contact you, especially if your app is posted on a weekend. If accepted, you will be invited to try out as a Lords of Eternity member for two weeks, and assuming you are a good fit for us and we for you, you will then be promoted to full membership status. After applying, please logout in your raiding gear.

Please note that we are looking for thoughtful, complete applications. We realize that people seeking new raiding teams might be filling out several applications at once and that doing so can be a tedious process. But keep in mind that, from our point of view, we're examining applications from several different people for any one slot and trying to determine who we want to spend at least 9 hours of our play time with each week. People who take the time to answer the questions thoughtfully are going to appeal to us. If you answer the questions with haste or without care, we will simply assume that you'll bring a similar attitude to our raids. Please click the Forums link above and read the topics under Recruitment for more information on guild policies, DKP/loot rules, etc.

Although we're looking for thoughtful answers, we'd appreciate it if you could limit your answers to no more than 5 sentences per question to help prevent problems that Guildomatic can experience when too much text is submitted at once.

(Required)
Are you regularly available at our normal 25-man raid times—Mon/Wed/Thurs, 8-11 pm CST/server?

Please list links to WoL/WMO/WWS stat pages or other kinds of combat log parses for raids you have recently attended. We are interested not only in things like DPS, but the amount of environmental damage people take. So, if you come from a guild that "wipes it up" by standing in fire, please make a note of that.
(Required)
